Returns Policy

As long as we receive the item in the original condition and in original packaging (i.e., unused and undamaged, with the original tags in place) and within 28 days of purchase you can choose a refund or an exchange. 

Please note any retail items that are on sale may not be returned, unless they are faulty.

Steps:

• Ensure it is within 28 days from date of purchase
• The product must be unworn / unused / as new condition in original packaging
• Please advise us of the reason for return (e.g. incorrect size / fit)
• Email us at admin@naviforwomen.com with all these details, your name and contact number
• We will then advise next steps
