As long as we receive the item in the original condition and in original packaging (i.e., unused and undamaged, with the original tags in place) and within 14 days of purchase you can choose a refund or an exchange.
Please note any retail items that are on sale may not be returned, unless they are faulty.

- The product must be unworn / unused / as new condition in original packaging
